Sugar Shack

Sugar shack (cabane à sucre) is a tradition in Quebec and Analystik. Every year we make a reservation at one of these beautiful cabins in the woods and have a big meal together. Normally we do it in March but this year a misunderstanding in reservation process postponed our tradition to mid-April.
