Salesforce / Force.com / Apex Developer

To integrate tailor-made developments into Salesforce, Analystik is looking for a Salesforce Specialist.

The post

Reporting to the President, the incumbent is responsible for the following roles:

Creator and Head of Salesforce department | 10%

Developer (Apex, Force.com and SOQL) applications at a senior level | 50%

Responsible for the technical architecture of developments | 20%

Interlocutor between customer needs, management and development team | 10%

Trainer of the development team in place | 10%

You possess...

  • A degree in computer science (DEC or BAC)
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in the Salesforce development environment (Apex, Force.com and SOQL)
  • Good knowledge of MuleSoft is an asset
  • Knowledge of Web Production Technologies (C#, .Net Core 2, HTML, Angular 7, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Excellent and good oral and written communication skills in French and/or English
  • Experience in team management (an asset)
  • Familiarity with the Agile/Scrum development methodology (an asset)

And possess the following qualities and abilities

  • You are results-oriented and business-minded
  • A strong sense of organization, the ability to work in a multitasking environment and to meet deadlines

A typical day at Analystik

  • Depending on the customer, you will work in the Analystik development environment or in the customer development environment via a secure VPN connection.
  • At 9:00, it's the scrum meeting with the team, standing and short-lived.
  • Once a week, this meeting is held with all teams to allow everyone to share and understand what is happening in other projects. It is an ideal time to raise a difficulty, a decision or a question to the president also takes advantage of this meeting to give us various news.
  • Typically, sprints are three weeks old and are managed using Microsoft DevOps.
  • At least once a week, each development team reviews the sprint together.
  • Depending on the number of resources allocated to a project, a project manager or a team leader is the director of a project.
  • You will continually communicate with the other members of the team and sometimes even with the client.
  • Depending on the degree of evolution of the project, you participate in meetings of needs understanding, architecture, definition of tests or test plans before starting programming.
  • Internally French is valued for communications, however, with several clients communications are conducted in English.

As Salesforce specialist

  • You will create and be in charge of the department dedicated to custom development integration projects for Salesforce.
  • You will develop with the programming languages of Salesforce.
  • You will train members of the development team in the programming languages of Salesforce.
  • You will assist the development team with custom projects to interface with Salesforce.

Senior Web/Mobile & .Net Developer

As we are rapidly growing, Analystik is looking for a senior developer who will work with a dynamic team and | | advanced technologies for the development of WEB/Mobile and .Net applications.

Reporting directly to the president, the incumbent plays 3 key roles:

Senior level developer (coder) of applications | 60%

Head of technical architecture of developments and products | 30%

Linking customer needs with the sales, management and development teams | 10%

You Possess...

  • A diploma in computer science (DEC or BAC)
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in similar roles
  • A proficiency in Web production technologies (HTML, Angular 7, .Net Core 2, CSS, JavaScript)
  • An in-depth knowledge of C# and .Net Framework
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English
  • Experience in team management (an asset)
  • Familiarity with the Agile/Scrum development methodology (an asset)

And you possess the following qualities and abilities

A typical day at Analystik

  • As part of our team, you will be working in our Analystik office.
  • Everyday at 9 am, each team has a brief morning stand-up meeting, the Scrum.
  • Once a week, all the teams meet to give everyone a chance to talk and to hear what is happening with the other projects. It is a great opportunity to discuss difficulties, decisions or questions with everyone. Also in these meetings, the CEO shares updates and news about the enterprise.
  • Usually, sprints last for 3 weeks and are managed with the help of TFS or Jira depending on the project.
  • At least once a week, each development team gets together to review the progress of the sprint.
  • A team leader or a project manager is the director of a project.

As a developer

  • You will be in continual communication with the other members of your and sometimes directly with the client. Within the office, French is preferred for communication; however, communication with many customers is done in English.
  • In relation to the evolution of a given project you will participate in meetings regarding the client’s needs, architecture, the definition of tests or unit test planning before you start coding.
